WELDING TECHNIQUES

Welding processes are very complex and require careful implementation. Taking our quality standards into account, we guarantee our customers flawless work.

By using the orbital welding process, we are able to make reproducible quality workmanship the standard. By mechanizing the welding process, entire pipe fences, pipe routes or other lines can be welded within a very short time.

Our trained assembly staff also masters the following processes: TIG, MIG and MAG

LOGISTICS

Forward-looking planning and well-thought-out logistics are part of our offering. Costs, benefits and effort are weighed against each other so that the most cost-effective options are always left for the customer.

Thanks to long-standing cooperation with municipal shipping companies, we are easily able to deliver pre-assembled systems both domestically and abroad. Our own mobile storage and assembly containers enable us to set up construction sites efficiently and at short notice.

OUR CERTIFICATIONS

Ullrich Anlagenbau documents its reliability and competence through regular quality controls. These controls by TÜV Nord and other government authorities serve to optimize welding and internal processes.

In addition, our assembly staff regularly undergoes welding tests. These are documented by TÜV certificates.

Ullrich Anlagenbau also has certified orbital welders. This means we can guarantee our customers a consistently high and professional standard.
